The RISPCA is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that receives no local, state or federal funding and cares for over 1,300 dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and small animals each year. Our community allies help make it possible for us to give these animals the quality care they deserve and continue our community involvement programs.
We would like to thank these community allies for the support they have given the Rhode Island SPCA!
Up Country, Inc.
Every dog that gets adopted from the RISPCA goes home in style with a new collar and leash from our friends at Up Country. Located on the same street as our shelter, new adopters stop at the Up Country headquarters on the way home with their new friend to get the collar and leash of their choice!
Maria Giannini Photography
Many of the images on this website were taken by Maria Giannini. For years, she has generously donated her time and talent to help us capture excellent pictures of the pets we have available for adoption. Her assistance has helped thousands of pets find new homes!
Lite Rock 105
Every week, Lite Rock 105 features a dog and a cat from the RISPCA as their furry friends of the week. This extra exposure has helped many hard to place pets find new homes.
Over the past three years, Anchor Subaru and their customers have raised over $60,000 for the RISPCA through their Share the Love program. This extremely generous donation has made the difference in the lives of the pets at our shelter.
Every Tuesday at noon, we make an appearance with one of our adoptable pets on ABC6 New’s “Pick of the Litter.” This exposure has helped many pets find new homes.
DOGS+DAISIES bandanas are the creation of Gabby the Human, and Zero the Husky. Gabby started making handmade bandanas for Zero at home then they officially opened up shop in 2017. $1 from every sale is donated to a local charity including the RISPCA. Visit Dogs+Daisies today!

Become a Community Partner
The Rhode Island SPCA offers many opportunities for your company or business to help the animals in our care and support our mission. Partnering with a charity such as the RISPCA is a great way to reach a new targeted audience, demonstrate your involvement in the community, and increase public awareness of your business.
The RISPCA makes every effort to recognize our community allies and identify their generosity and community involvement. We offer a variety of sponsorship packages that include promotional opportunities for our partners. We would be happy to put together a package that meets your needs and charitable goals. If you would like to learn more about becoming a Rhode Island SPCA Community Partner, please contact our Development Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or (401) 438-8150 x3.
Community Donation Boxes
