S2311/H7173: Authorizes the issuance of a special motor vehicle registration plate for the Rhode Island SPCA.

H7740: Increases the penalty for an animal cruelty offense committed in the presence of a minor.

S2369/H7230: Establishes a process for the donation of unused veterinary medications for use by non-profits.

S2463/H7606: Establishes an Animal Welfare Advisory Council to advise the governor and the general assembly on matters relating to animal welfare, treatment, health, and safety of companion animals.

S2540/H7546: Prohibits a person convicted of the malicious injury/killing of an animal, from owning or exercising control of an animal for life.

S2698/H7912: Authorizes the potential appointment of pro-bono attorneys and supervised law students to act as animal advocates in an animal cruelty case, at the court’s discretion.

H7124: Authorized emergency medical service providers to transport and provide first aid to police dogs injured in the line of duty.
