On Saturday, September 16th a small dog that was renamed “Treasure” was found wandering in a yard on Blackstone Street in Central Falls where at the time she was close to death. The aged dog was found with large tumors, decaying teeth, and matted fur.

Treasure was placed in a foster home through Friends of Homeless Animals RI and the RISPCA quickly put up a $2,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrators of this clear and blatant act of animal cruelty.

Two days later three individuals were arrested in connection with the abuse and neglect of “Treasure”.

Treasure will live out the rest of her days in the loving arms of her foster family. Donations to Marvin’s Miracles make justice possible.
