We do our best to find the best possible home for each individual cat. Some of the cats may have special needs and may not be a good fit for everyone. Because of this, applications are considered on a “best fit” not “first come” basis. The first step to adopting a cat from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out a cat adoption application. Applications can be submitted in person, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), mail or fax (401-438-8154).
The cost to adopt an adult cat is $75 and a kitten is $130 (includes pre-payment of spay/neuter). All of the cats will be spayed/neutered and up to date on routine shots before being adopted.
